Charles Krause Reporting Fine Art National Open Call to Artists

Charles Krause/Reporting Fine Art, a Washington, DC gallery specializing in the contemporary Art of Social and Political Change and Millennium Arts Salon join together to present juried art exhibition to open this fall entitled "The One Percent: Visualizing Income Inequality in America".  the exhibition will present 30 - 40 works of fine art that address the growing inequality of income and concentration of wealth in the United States and its impact on the country's social cohesion and governanceThe exhibition will present 30 to 40 works of fine art that address the growing inequality of income and concentration of wealth in the United States and its impact on the country's social cohesion and governance. The increasing percentage of the nation's wealth accruing to the top 1% of the US population is expected to be a defining issue in next year's presidential elections.

 
In keeping with the Millennium Arts Salon Talks conducted in anticipation of the 2008 collections conducted at George Washington University, we will conduct other arts salon talks with some of the artists represented in this very timely exhibition..
