Two historical figures in printmaking have an intimate exchange: Helen Frederick, founder of Pyramid Atlantic, a common denominator of all MAS print projects and master printmaker Phil Sanders, entrusted with the Bob Blackburn Printmaking Workshop, among many things, discuss a myriad of topics including the Library’s acquisition of “In Unison: 20 Washington DC Artists”, a groundbreaking monoprint project sponsored by MAS.  MAS Co-founders Mel and Juanita Hardy provide context.  This dynamic conversation is moderated by Katherine Blood, curator of Fine Art Prints at the Library.
